    Personal information collected by the organizer of this exhibition will be used to operate the buyer meeting program organized by our company.
    ο For identity verification and providing guidance related to participation in the buyer program
    ο For compiling statistics on exhibition buyers
    ο For sending information about exhibitions organized by our company via email and SMS

    ο Collected Items: Company name, contact person name, contact person phone number, company information, and other relevant details
    ο Personal Information Collection Method: Buyer pre-registration

    ■ Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

    In principle, personal information will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. However, if retention is required under relevant laws and regulations, the company will retain registration information for the period specified by such laws as follows:
    ο Retained Items: Company name, contact person name, contact person phone number, company information, and other provided or optional items
    ο Retention Basis: For service improvement, planning, research, and guidance for future events
    ο Retention Period: 5 years
    Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those agreed upon by the provider. If you wish to refuse the use of your personal information, you may request access, correction, or deletion through the person in charge of personal information management.
